Project Description: DWM was requested to complete the full interior build-out of a new 4,300-square-foot space for a local physical therapy provider expanding its sports therapy operations. The project transformed a raw shell into a modern, functional environment designed to support both patient comfort and therapist operations.
The scope included selective demolition, construction of new wall partitions and ceilings, installation of upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and new HVAC equipment with distribution and controls. Finishes featured custom millwork, new flooring, doors, and hardware, as well as fresh paint throughout the space to create a bright, inviting aesthetic.
Delivered on time and with minimal unforeseen challenges, the completed facility provides optimal treatment areas, open training zones, and staff support spaces that reflect the client’s commitment to quality care and an enhanced therapy experience.
